• Account Information: When you sign up using Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and secure your account.
• Business Information: We collect data about your business listing via Google Places to generate your review-request materials.
• Analytics & Usage Data: We collect anonymous, aggregated data on how customers interact with your review QR codes and pages to provide you with performance results.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices via our payment processor (Stripe).
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like Google for authentication and Places data, and Stripe for payment processing) strictly for the purpose of operating our service.

Importantly, we do not store or persist the raw text of reviews written by your customers. All review content is passed directly to Google.
